Marcin Kurc

CEO

Marcin is an experienced leader with a background in sales, business development, and cloud technology. He has held senior positions at Novell and Amazon Web Services, where he was a leader of business development working with AWS technology partners.

Firas Bushnaq

Chairman and Chief Architect, Co-founder

A serial entrepreneur, Firas has founded and developed successful startups in network security, e-commerce, and business applications throughout his career, including Setster, BrandBucket, and Wazala. Firas is also currently the executive chairman of Boxador Labs.

Brian Singer

COO, Co-founder

Brian co-founded Orbitera with Firas. Prior to Orbitera, Brian had key roles in business development and product marketing at BMC and Novell. Brian earned his MBA from the MIT Sloan School and holds a degree in computer engineering from Brown University.

Jaypal “JP” Sethi

Vice President, Business Development

JP has a rich background in enterprise software, strategic alliances and sales enablement. He has held senior positions in business development at Oracle, VMware and most recently MongoDB where he was responsible for new channel partnerships. JP holds a BS from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

Matthew Leonard

Vice President, Product

Matt brings extensive ecommerce experience to Orbitera, having held technical leadership roles at Amazon.com, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Azure. He built out Cloud Commerce platforms at AWS and Azure. Matt is a graduate of the University of Waikato in New Zealand with a major in management systems.

Brian Gant

Vice President, Sales

Brian brings significant sales experience from Rackspace, where he was director of SaaS services and led a sales team focused on the entertainment vertical. Prior to Rackspace, he was part of the sales management teams at Limelight and Level 3. Brian earned a BA in economics and government at the University of Notre Dame.

Customer Success Manager, Los Angeles or Boston
Orbitera is a fast-growing startup that is disrupting how products – software, hardware, cloud infrastructure, and services – are sold and bought. Orbitera simplifies and automates Cloud Commerce. Our customers include some of the largest cloud service providers, software vendors, and channel partners in the world. As an Orbitera Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers get the best possible experience and value from using our products. This is a critical part of ensuring the overall success of Orbitera and a fantastic opportunity for a fast learner that wants to get a jump-start into the world of enterprise SaaS.

The Customer Success Manager will work together with sales, product management, and engineering to quickly resolve customer issues. As the face of the product for many of our customers, you will directly influence Orbitera’s success as a company. Your input will be invaluable for prioritizing feature requests and fixes. You will also get exposure to the inner workings of a fast-growing startup, and have an opportunity to build a career in service, product, sales, or operations.

What you’ll do

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers that have questions or need help
  • Assist with on-boarding new customers
  • Ensure that customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction
  • Measure and report on customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback to product management on enhancement requests

What you should have

  • Some basic experience supporting software (internship experience a plus)
  • Some technical background and know-how
  • Practical understanding of basic software concepts
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS and Microsoft Azure
  • Desire to learn and problem solve technical, product, and business questions.
